NeoMix D-FRC System is a groundbreaking suite of products that yield ultra-thin, high strength decorative pre-cast concrete with precision results. Products include CastingBlend, SprayBlend, BackingBlend, SlurryBlend, Color, and Activator.
NeoMix D-FRC (Decorative Fiber Reinforced Concrete) System is engineered for precast concrete professionals who demand time and labor savings combined with maximum design flexibility including large format capacity.
NeoMix D-FRC CastingBlend is a formulation of portland cement, fibers, and sand. Use NeoMix D-FRC CastingBlend to create flawless countertops, fireplace surrounds, wall panels or floor tile for both interior and exterior applications. The fine blend consistency and exceptional workability deliver amazing detail transfer from any mold surface.

QUICK LOOK INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Place 25.6 oz of NeoMix Activator into a 8-gallon bucket.
Step 2:
Add 102.4 oz of clean water and color to NeoMix Activator and thoroughly blend.
Step 3:
Add 1/2 sack (25lbs) of CastingBlend into the diluted activator and mix until evenly dispersed using a dual-shaft mixer.
Step 4:
Add 1/4 sack (12.5lbs) of remaining CastingBlend into the diluted activator and mix until evenly dispersed using a dual-shaft mixer.
Step 5:
Add remaining contents of bag to the bucket and thoroughly blend until a consistent "clump-free" mix is achieved.
Step 6:
If needed, an additional 16 oz of clean water can be added to achieve desired consistency.
