The NEW Alpha® AIR-830 Pneumatic Polishers is the next generation upgrade to Alphas original AIR-680 which phased out of production in late 2019.  Making the polishing operation easier than ever, the AIR-830 has all dependability of its predecessor plus a host of upgrades to improve productivity and efficiency. The AIR-830 is equipped with a newly developed motor with a 5 Hybrid composite vane design that outputs more power and lasts longer than the previous model. The polishers have a new splash with improved visibility and the end case was re-designed to improve water and air control operation while minimizing the risk of breakage. For your comfort and convenience, Alpha has added a silicon boot for the gear head, and waterfeed quick coupler with a shutoff valve. The polisher includes an enhanced spindle shaft and full-size wrenches for easy tool removal. The all-weather air and water hoses are 15ft. and rated for -40°F or +140°F. The AIR-830 has a maximum no-load RPM of 4,400.
