Collection: Products for the SureCrete Xtreme Series GFRC Precast System

Cast concrete countertops, furniture, wall panels, shower surrounds, and fireplace mantels with the SureCrete Xtreme Series. Each fiber-reinforced bag mix is combined with Xtreme Modifier to create a strong, dense cementitious composite, so pieces can be cast thinner without reinforcing steel and demolded in as little as 4 to 6 hours in warm weather.

XS Precast Mix is a pourable mix that goes straight into the form and can take decorative aggregate that's exposed by grinding. For sprayed GFRC, XS Face Mix goes into the mold first as a thin face coat that captures every detail of the mold surface. XS Backer Mix, loaded with AR glass fiber, is then sprayed or hand-packed behind it for strength. Finished pieces are sealed with XS-327, a water-based polyurethane in matte or semi-gloss, or XS-PC12, a color-enhancing polyurea with a high-gloss mirror finish. Both are food safe once fully cured.
