Build a heavy-duty, seamless interior floor with the Westcoat Epoxy Mortar Quartz System. This troweled system combines 100% solids epoxy with TC-65 Quartz Sand at 3/16" to 1/4" thick, then seals it with clear epoxy so the quartz aggregate stays visible. It handles forklift traffic and heavy impact in warehouses, along with the frequent cleaning that restrooms, laboratories, commercial kitchens, and restaurants require.

The system starts with EC-72 Epoxy Patch Gel for cracks and spalls, followed by EC-12 Clear Epoxy Primer. EC-36 100% Solids Epoxy is mixed with TC-65 Quartz Sand for the troweled mortar base, then applied again as the clear seal coat and topcoat. Together they create a dense, USDA compliant floor that resists impact, wear, and chemical exposure. The system is intended for professional installation.
