Collection: Products for the Westcoat Epoxy Mortar Standard (Solid Color) System

Build a heavy-duty, seamless interior floor with the Westcoat Epoxy Mortar Standard System. This troweled system combines 100% solids epoxy with graded sand at 3/16" to 1/4" thick, then finishes it with a pigmented epoxy topcoat in your choice of solid colors. Because it's a troweled mortar, it builds a tougher floor than a broadcast epoxy system. It stands up to forklift traffic and heavy impact in warehouses and manufacturing plants, and to heavy use and daily cleaning with strong chemicals in mechanical rooms and commercial kitchens.

The system starts with EC-72 Epoxy Patch Gel for cracks and spalls, followed by EC-12 Clear Epoxy Primer. The mortar base is EC-36 100% Solids Epoxy mixed with TC-73 Epoxy Mortar Sand and troweled into place. EC-34 100% Solids Pigmented Epoxy Topcoat then goes on as both the seal coat and the colored topcoat. Together they create a dense, USDA compliant floor that resists impact, wear, and chemical exposure. The system is intended for professional installation.
